Family Rates: 

 

At Cross Wind we value strong family units.  A family that fellowships together is stronger.  Because we value strong family units we strive to keep our rates as low as possible.

Conference Center Lodging

 

Private Guest Rooms

  • Queen beds (1 or 2 people) -- $71.00 per night - 3 or more $90.00
  • King bed -- $81.00 per night - 3 or more $96.00
  • Suite (Rm 109) -- $99.00 per night - 3 or more $115.00
  • Dogs -- $20.00 per night.  (Certified service dogs free.  Proof of certification required.)

Rates Include:

  • Use of pool in season.
  • All recreation facilities. 
  • Complimentary beverage counter.
  • Children 4 and under free with a paid adult.

 

Retreat Lodges

 

Judson & Williams Lodges

  • Per Person -- $29.00 per night
  • Minimum Charge (per lodge, per night) -- $320.00

Meredith Lodge (Bunk beds or King Beds)

  • 1or 2 persons for King Beds -- $81.00 per night 
  • Bunk beds per person -- $31.00 per bed/night
  • Minimum Charge (per night) -- $330.00

Lodge Rates Include:

  • Meeting room in lodge.
  • Full kitchen. 
  • Use of pool in season.
  • All recreation facilities.
  • Children 4 and under free with a paid adult.
  • TV available on request.
  • Judson & Williams - 3 wings with 9 beds and 2 bathrooms with showers per wing.
  • Meredith - 3 wings (total of 7 rooms) with 2 Bunk beds or 1 King-size bed per room with 2 bathrooms with showers per wing.

Banquets

  • Banquets can be customized to your event with a variety of banquet styles and menu items available.​  Your meal can be served in either the Conference Center or Mabee Center.  Prices include the use of the dining area for the meal and your program for 4 hours.  A menu with our delicious food and prices can be sent to you.  TV and projector costs are included.  Basic cost includes utilities and labor for the kitchen and dining area.  Table linens are available in a variety of styles and colors (call for pricing).
  • Deluxe -- $1200.00 (does not include food prices)
    • Waiters serve salads, dessert and drinks and bus tables.
    • Self serve buffet.
  • Self Serve -- $975.00 (does not include food prices)
    • All you can eat buffet.

Grounds

 

Grounds flat rate -- $425.00

  • Camp fire -- $30.00

(Includes Norma Center, pool, and any other outdoor area. Other groups may have access to the grounds other than the Norma Center and the Pool.)

 

Norma Activities Center -- $295.00

  • Camp fire -- $30.00
  • BBQ grill available only at the Norma Center.

 

Pool Only (2 hours minimum. 40 guests max.) -- $50.00/ hr.

 

Challenge Course is closed unless you have a certified challenge course facilitator.  Check for Prices)

 

Recreational Vehicles -- $35.00 per night     

  • Eight spaces available (electrical hookup only)

 

**5% guest tax is not included in lodging or guest room prices.

**8.5% local sales tax is not included in pricing.

 

A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

East & West Conference Room  -- $360.00 per day 

  • Seats up to 75.
  • TV included (HDMI hook up provided.  Any other hook ups you will need to bring)
  • Sound system included.
  • Projector available on request.

 

South Conference Room -- $290.00 per day 

  • Seats up to 30.
  • TV included.
  • Projector available on request.

 

Mabee Center Conference Room -- $590.00 per day 

  • Additional consecutive days -- $500.00 per day
  • Seats up to 300.
  • TV included.
  • Sound system included.
  • Wide screen projector available on request depending on availability.
  • Stage available -- $100.00 rental and set up charge.

 

Mabee Center Basement -- $150.00 ($40.00/hour)

  • Includes gaga pit, bouldering wall, playground, trails and use of Mabee Center grounds.

 

Woodlawn Board Room -- $30.00 per hour

  • Seats up to 10
  • TV included.

 

Weddings:  We can provide a complete package for your wedding starting at just $400.00 depending on what venue you choose.

 

We can cater your wedding and rehearsal dinner at either the Conference Center or Mabee Center with a variety of many delicious entrees.

A wedding planner, Audra Owens, with Not So Normal Events & Entertainment (316) 305-7398, is available to assist you with your wedding plans.  

 

As a private, non-profit Christian facility, we expect all weddings to follow historical essentials of the Christian faith.        

 

Church Rates: Churches receive a 5% discount off of family rates for use of confrerence rooms and grounds rental. (food and lodging not included)

 

Corporate:

 

Come get away from the stress and hub-bub of the corporate world and enjoy the peace and serenity at Cross Wind.  We are an oasis in the middle of the prairie and can provide a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere for your corporate conference or outing.  (Set up fees will apply).
