Family Rates: 

 

At Cross Wind we value strong family units.  A family that fellowships together is stronger.  Because we value strong family units we strive to keep our rates as low as possible.

 

Conference Center Lodging

 

Private Guest Rooms

  • Queen beds (1 or 2 people) -- $75.00 per night - 3 or more $95.00
  • King bed -- $85.00 per night - 3 or more $99.00
  • Suite (Rm 109) -- $110.00 per night - 3 or more $120.00
  • Dogs -- $20.00 per night.  (Certified service dogs free.  Proof of certification required.)

Rates Include:

  • Use of pool in season.
  • All recreation facilities. 
  • Complimentary beverage counter.
  • Children 4 and under free with a paid adult.

 

Retreat Lodges

 

Judson & Williams Lodges

  • Per Person -- $32.00 per night
  • Minimum Charge (per lodge, per night) -- $330.00

Meredith Lodge (Bunk beds or King Beds)

  • 1or 2 persons for King Beds -- $90.00 per night 
  • Bunk beds per person -- $34.00 per bed/night
  • Minimum Charge (per night) -- $350.00

Lodge Rates Include:

  • Meeting room in lodge.
  • Full kitchen. 
  • Use of pool in season.
  • All recreation facilities.
  • Children 4 and under free with a paid adult.
  • TV available on request.
  • Judson & Williams - 3 wings with 9 beds and 2 bathrooms with showers per wing.
  • Meredith - 3 wings (total of 7 rooms) with 2 Bunk beds or 1 King-size bed per room with 2 bathrooms with showers per wing.

Extended Stay for Lodges to 3 PM -- $125.00

Banquets

  • Banquets can be customized to your event with a variety of banquet styles and menu items available.​  Your meal can be served in either the Conference Center or Mabee Center.  Prices include the use of the dining area for the meal and your program for 4 hours.  A menu with our delicious food and prices can be sent to you.  TV and projector costs are included.    Table linens are available in a variety of styles and colors (call for pricing).

Grounds

 

Grounds flat rate -- $425.00

(Includes outdoor areas. Does not include the Norma Center or Pool)

 

Norma Activities Center -- $300.00

  • Camp fire -- $30.00 (not available if burn ban is in place or winds gusting 15 MPH or more)

 

Pool Only (30 guests max.) -- $75.00/ hr.

 

Challenge Course is closed unless you have a certified challenge course facilitator.  Check for Prices)

 

Recreational Vehicles -- $35.00 per night     

  • Eight spaces available (electrical hookup only)

 

**5% guest tax is not included in lodging or guest room prices.

**8.5% local sales tax is not included in pricing.

 

A 30% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

East & West Conference Room  -- $385.00/day 

  • Seats up to 90.
  • TV included (HDMI hook up provided.  Any other hook ups you will need to bring)
  • Sound system included.
  • Projector available on request.

 

South Conference Room -- $295.00/day 

  • Seats up to 30.
  • TV included.
  • Projector available on request.

 

Mabee Center Conference Room -- $675.00/day 

  • Additional consecutive days -- $550.00/day
  • Seats up to 250.
  • TV included.
  • Sound system included.
  • Wide screen projector available on request depending on availability.
  • Stage available -- $150.00 rental and set up charge.
  • Meal set up fee -- $125.00/event

 

Mabee Center Basement -- $175.00 ($45.00/hour)

  • Includes gaga pit, bouldering wall, playground, trails and use of Mabee Center grounds.

 

Mabee Center Board Room -- $150.00/day ($40.00/hour)

  • TV available on request. $25.00 set up charge. 

 

Woodlawn Board Room -- $200.00/day ($50.00/hour)

  • Seats up to 10
  • TV included.

 

Free wireless internet via satellite is available in the Conference Center and Mabee Center.

*A conference or board room is required for all group meetings of any kind.

 

Weddings:  Same rates apply, plus and additional $400.00 set up fee per area.  We have a wedding planner and DJ available for hire.  A variety of table decorations are available.  Call for prices.

 

As a private, non-profit Christian facility, we expect all weddings to follow historical essentials of the Christian faith.        

 

Church Rates: same as family rates

 

Corporate:  Come get away from the stress and hub-bub of the corporate world and enjoy the peace and serenity at Cross Wind.  We are an oasis in the middle of the prairie and can provide a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere for your corporate conference or outing.  Fees are the same rates.  A set up fee of $400.00 per area used will apply.
