The Conference Center has 30 guest rooms. Most of the rooms contain a queen size bed and 2 twins. There are 5 rooms with king beds available and one suite with a king bed and queen size sofa bed available. Each room has a private bath and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.
For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, we offer a comfortable lobby with 2 seating areas. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and vending machines are available to guests around the clock.
The Conference Center also has a dining room that seats up to 200 persons. Our home style meals are served all-you-can-eat buffet style.
The Conference Center contains two large meeting rooms that will accommodate up to 100 in theater style seating and one small meeting room that seats 25. All three meeting rooms are furnished with audio-visual equipment.
The Mabee Center can accommodate up to 230 persons for catered dining or 325 persons in theater style seating. It works well for larger conferences, weddings, dinners and more. This area contains a fireplace, sound equipment and projection capability.
Just outside is a large deck located off the upper level and an outdoor fireplace and patio on the lower level.
A small kitchen area that contains a refrigerator, microwave and sink is setup to serve those on the deck as well as a staging area for snacks and pot luck dinners.
The Judson and Williams Lodges contain a kitchen, living room and three separate wings that accommodate up to 9 people each. Each wing has 2 showers, sinks, and restrooms.
The living room can also serve as a meeting room for up to 27 people.
The kitchen includes a stove, sink, microwave and refrigerator and an assortment of cooking utensils.
The Meredith Lodge features 7 semi-private rooms. Each room can be set up with king size beds and sleeps 14 people, or with bunk beds that can sleep up to 28 people.
The living room can also serve as a meeting room for up to 28 people.
There is also a kitchen that includes a stove, sink, microwave and refrigerator.
